Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Senior Functional Consultant

Who we want you to be:

• Self-starter and strategic thinker
• 5+ years of experience with business process analysis and documentation
• 5+ years of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• 5+ years of experience performing CRM data migrations, end-user training, design specification creation, and system configuration
• Successfully implemented or participated in 5+ Sales or Customer Service implementations
• At least 2 certifications
• Able to travel
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and instill customer confidence
• Strong customer relationship skills and experience
• Responsible for consulting on Dynamics CE engagements and can lead, manage and perform implementation projects for small, medium and large enterprises.
• Participation in Solution Blueprint of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, assisting with conceptual and functional designs and managing client relationships
• Ensure solutions delivery is on-time and on-budget and that the customers’ expectations are exceeded – quality and consistency is a must!
• Strong Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365CE/CRM knowledge and be able to leverage more junior resources to achieve quality results
• Assist with other functions including sales and marketing, and general administration related activities
• Work with Client, project teams, Solutions Architect to define functional requirements and document solution design.
• Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to the development team and test completed solutions.
• Perform installation, configuration, integration, testing, training, documentation and support for Dynamics 365 CE solutions that follow Domain 6 methodology
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and project deliverables
• Execute turnkey CE implementation projects
