Selection Process

We will select the best candidates for the roles/ projects and send them for verification. At first, approved candidates will go through our internal interviewing process. Any specific requirements, defined during the requirements assessment phase will be validated at this stage and only successful candidates will be further sent for final interview with the customer.
During the selection phase, we will deliver the following:

Step 3
Partner's Approval
Partner Approval phase is an optional one, based on client's specific requirements. Candidate will pass an interview process according to partner’s rules and procedures or joint meeting will be moderated by Domain 6, candidate and Partner in order to present the candidate and further discuss the project, verify requirements for the role and make a final decision.
Step 4
Upon approval, Domain 6 will prepare all necessary paperwork and contracts. Equipment and other work-related required tools will be delivered based on Partner’s requirements. The Candidate/ Team will receive all necessary support for proper onboarding, aligned with Domain 6 and Partner’s principles and guidelines.

Ongoing Support
Regular feedback and status checks will be performed to guarantee the highest quality of service. Depending on the engagement, a mentor or a dedicated account manager will be available to work with you and the team for the best results.
