Job description
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Who we want you to be:
- Two to four years of experience
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes to design and configure Dynamics 365 F&O finance modules
- Provide functional expertise in Dynamics 365 finance-related areas such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to assess the current system and recommend changes to meet business needs
- Develop, configure, and maintain financial workflows, approvals, and automation processes within Dynamics 365
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement customization requirements.
- Provide post-go-live support and training to finance users, ensuring system adoption and optimization
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies in all system implementations
- Document system design, configuration settings, and business process flow
- Assist in data migration activities for finance modules including data cleansing, mapping, and validation
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- knowledge of finance processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
- Experience with data migration, including data mapping and cleansing
- Ability to conduct requirement analysis and translate business requirements into system configurations
