Microsoft Dynamics 365 Principal Technical Consultant

Who we want you to be:

• Seven to ten years of experience
• At least two certifications
• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Development
• 3^rd Party Integration with the D365 system
• Knowledge on Dual Write and Power Platform
• DevOps, Build Management
• Able to mentor and lead others on a project
• Able to decide project directions and timelines
• Lead the Dev Sprints – planning and execution
• You showed client and team member leadership
• Successfully configure and implement full-lifecycle ERP implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for Finance and Operations (F&O)
• Lead customer-facing on solution design and establish strong internal and external relationships
• Create, through your work, additional billable work for your team by recognizing client needs and being able to explain to the client what adds value
• Explain direction and layout projects to the executive level audience
• Be willing to teach and lead instructional sessions
• Assess and estimate time-to-completion on tasks from conception to delivery
• Hands-on system configuration and delegation and assignment of work to others, working independently and alongside a team, collaborating with team members of different skill levels
• Work with the functional team to test enhancements
• Work with/update project management tools such as Azure DevOps
• Escalate/ask/recruit assistance when stuck and raise issues as soon as noticed

Who we want you to be:

• 10+ years of experience
• At least two certifications
• Worked on a minimum of three projects
• Act as a team leader
• Be a mentor and support team members with less project experience
• Engages the project team and end-users to architect and develop D365 gap/fit solutions and extensions
• Modifies D365 user interface based on business requirements using X++
• Produce technical specifications based on functional design specifications for D365 solutions
• Performs debugging and unit testing of D365 solutions
• Packages D365 customizations and enhancements into deployment models
• Promote D365 models from development, test, and staging environments
• Configure D365 modules based on business requirements
• Ability to reconcile user requirements to technical specifications and new system capabilities
